Why they are a saint
Damjan Štrbac (Serbian Cyrillic: Дамјан Штрбац, 19 February 1912 – 17 July 1941) was a Serbian Orthodox parish priest who was martyred by the Ustaše. He was canonized by the Serbian Orthodox Church as Saint Damian of Grahovo (Serbian: Свети Дамјан Граховски).

Orthodox Christians usually take Damian of Grahovo as a patron when they bear the name Damian at baptism, or were born or baptized near the feast on June 13. As a martyr, he is also asked for courage and faithfulness under trial.
