Matrona Dimitrievna Nikonova (Russian: Блаженная Матро́на Дими́триевна Ни́конова, romanized: Blazhennaya Matrona Dimitrievna Nikonova; 1881/1885 – 2 May 1952) is a canonized saint of the Russian Orthodox Church who is said to have had the gifts of prophecy, spiritual vision, and healing from early childhood.

Orthodox Christians usually take Matrona (the Blind) of Moscow as a patron when they bear the name Matrona at baptism, or were born or baptized near the feast on May 15. Russian Orthodox faithful also honor her as one of their own.
