Saint Theodosius the Bulgarian and his disciple Romanus. Saint Theodosius began his exploit in the city of Viddino, at the Nikolaev monastery.

Orthodox Christians usually take Theodosius the Bulgarian as a patron when they bear the name Theodosius at baptism, or were born or baptized near the feast on February 17. Bulgarian Orthodox faithful also honor his as one of their own.
