The Holy Martyrs and brothers according to the flesh Pausirius, Paul, and Theodotion lived in Egypt during the third century. The Orthodox Church commemorates Theodotion on January 24.

Orthodox Christians usually take Theodotion as a patron when they bear the name Theodotion at baptism, or were born or baptized near the feast on January 24. As a martyr, he is also asked for courage and faithfulness under trial.
